The 1st level of progressive tennis uses larger decompressed balls to allow for easier exchanges, 19” to 21” racquets for better control, mini sized nets and a smaller 12 meter court, which is proportional to the size of the student.

When: Tuesday or Thursday 6 – 7pm. Wednesdays 6 – 7pm or Sunday 10 – 11am.

Session 1 (15 weeks / once a week) $330.
Session 2 (15 weeks / once a week) $330.
Session 3 (9 weeks / once a week): $198.

Cedar Springs Basic Membership required.

The 2nd level of progressive tennis uses a tennis ball of 50% less compression than a regular ball to allow players to acquire the required skills at this stage of development. 3/4 court size.

When: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday  7 – 8pm

Session 2 (15 weeks / once per week) $495.

Head Coach Mihai Mocanu

The 3rd level of progressive tennis uses a normal sized tennis ball, but with 25% less compression. Players graduate to a 26″ to 27” racquet and a full sized tennis court.

When: Monday or Wednesday, 7:30 – 8:30pm, or Sunday 8 – 9am.

Session 2 (15 weeks / once per week) $495.
Session 3 (9 weeks / once per week) $297.

Head Coach Mihai Mocanu

This program is designed for players who are able to maintain a full rally on a full sized tennis court with regular balls. Match Play included. Players must participate in the program 2 days.

When: Monday / Wednesday 7:30 – 8:30pm or Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-8:30pm.

Cost: 

Session 2 (15 weeks / 2 x per week) $1,075.
Session 3 (9 weeks/ 2 x per week) $645.

Cedar Springs Fitness Membership Required.

Head Coach Jay Barlow

This program is designed for players who are able to maintain a full rally on a full-sized tennis court with regular balls. Players will be grouped according to their level of play.

When: Mondays 6-7:30pm, Tuesdays or Thursdays 8 – 9pm or Sunday 9 – 10am.

Cost: 

Session 2 (15 weeks / 1 x per week) $540.
Session 3 (9 weeks / 1 x per week) $325.

Cedar Springs Fitness Membership is required.
