Cancellations & Refunds
Progressive programs: Cancellations to any registered program must be requested 2 weeks PRIOR to the first day of the session for an eligible refund. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee. Requests within 2 weeks prior to the start of the session will be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds are allowed once the session has started.
Competitive Programs: The competitive program is a full commitment for the 10 month program, regardless if paid in full or on instalment plan. Fees outlined are based on a 10 month commitment. Players who do not complete the academy year or who only participate for a short term will be charged on a short rate basis**. Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations , weather*** or other reasons are not reimbursed. All efforts are made to provide an opportunity for make-up classes within the program, IF space is available. Pro rated fees are not offered for days absent or other program services not utilized.
Summer & Holiday Camps: Cancellations to any registered camp must be requested 2 weeks prior to the first day of the camp to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee. Missed sessions due to sickness, injuries, vacations, weather or other reasons are not re-imbursed. Pro rated fees are not offered for days absent or other program services not utilized. Full fees are due and payable if a child is registered and attends any part of the weekly session.
