ACE Tennis has been recognized as a leader in player development for over 40 years. We are committed to the development of excellence in youth through the sport of tennis and offer leading edge tennis programs, camps and competitive training in a supportive and educational environment. We currently operate year round out of Cedar Springs Club in Burlington, at Toronto Tennis City in Toronto, and in 7 seasonal club locations in the GTA.

We provide progressive programs for players of all levels and commitment. Our Skill Development programs are for players wanting to learn the skills necessary to enjoy tennis for life. Our High Performance programs are designed for players wanting to compete at a Provincial, National or International level. We are committed to each player reaching their tennis goals simply to learn a lifetime activity, receive a university scholarship or play professionally.

ACE has been nominated as a Gold Development Training Center by Tennis Canada for the last 20 years since the inception of the award.  ACE is operated by partners Pierre Lamarche and Doug Burke, both former Davis Cup Captains for Canada and Jamaica, former ATP tour members & coaches, and have an international reputation and have worked with the international tennis federation.

All ACE coaches are certified by Tennis Canada, and many have led provincial, national and international teams in competition, as well as serving as course conductors for the Tennis Canada certification system.

Cancellations Competitive Programs: The competitive program is a full 10/12 month commitment, regardless if paid in full or on instalment plan. If a registered player leaves before the program ends for personal or other reasons, they will still be responsible for full payment of fees including Cedar Springs Club Bronze and Gold Membership fee. Ace will regard each circumstance and if able to fill your vacant spot, remaining fees might not be charged except for a $300 administration fee. Remaining Membership fee with Cedar Springs Club needs to be handled separate with the club.

Oct 9, 2023 – Thanksgiving Day [Monday]

Feb 19, 2024 – Family Day [Monday]
March 11, 2024 to March 17, 2024 [March Break Monday thru Sunday]
Mar 29, 2024 – Good Friday
Mar 31, 2024 – Easter Sunday
Apr 1, 2024 – Easter Monday
May 20, 2024 – Monday – Victoria Day

 

Bullying Policy: Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated at any ACE Tennis program/camp.   In general, a “three strikes” policy is followed.  Upon receiving a 1st strike the participant will be made aware of the infraction.  Strike 2 will involve parent notification.  Strike 3 will be immediate expulsion from the program/camp.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Court Bookings:
-> free of charge court booking (included in membership) is available for non-prime time up to five days in advance (minimum one court should remain vacant at the same time).
-> booking the last vacant court is available at an additional cost ($8+hst).
-> booking at prime time is available at an additional cost ($8+hst).
-> cannot book a second court on the same day till they finish their first reservation.
-> can walk-on court by signing in at the CS front desk (30 min before start time).

Private Lessons:
-> private lesson booking is available up to seven days in advance (court fee included in membership).
-> private lesson booking at prime time and/or last vacant court is subject to an additional court fee ($8+hst per person).

Access to Cedar Facilities:
-> full access to all CS facilities included in membership.

 

BRONZE MEMBERSHIP

Court Bookings:
-> court fee booking is available up to five days in advance.

Private Lessons:
-> private lesson booking is available up to seven days in advance and is subject to a full court fee.
-> private and semi-private lessons booking for U9-U12 International program players in morning 6am-9:30am (court fee included in membership).

Access to Cedar facilities:
-> full access to all Cedar Springs facilities in morning (Monday – Friday 6am – 9:30am, Saturday 9am – 11am) and in afternoon (Monday Friday 4pm – 7pm) included in membership only under the coach or adult member supervision.
